OPERATIONS | CLIENT MANAGER

Kontrol is offering a challenging opportunity within the Operations department to manage day-to-day client management and related operational duties associated with clients and their vendors utilizing Kontrol’s accounts payable technology and services. The Client Manager position is located in our Spokane office and will report to the Director of Client Management.

Principal Responsibilities

• Manage and support existing client relationships, including addressing pay-related issues in a timely manner
• Execute and perform activities on new client implementations
• Create and maintain internal plan documents
• Obtain and revise account information and complete activities as required
• Develop and execute best practice in business development and client management systems
• Communicate client updates, changes or issues to senior managers and other key stakeholders
• Direct and manage vendor enrollment efforts internally
• Maintain vendor enrollment data and data transfer from data sources to/from data sources
• Guide teams to utilize thought leadership to deliver clients’ business goals in innovative ways
• Develop precise business objectives interacting with clients and partner agencies
• Perform business development outreach to potential Kontrol clients’ vendors
• Plan and direct delivery of contracted business activities for assigned projects
• Establish yearly budgets and control expenses to attain revenue goals
• Support clients with “manual” payments made by Kontrol on behalf of clients

Qualifications

  • Three to five years of proven client / account management or related operational experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong computer skills with Microsoft office; Word, Excel, Email and CRM experience

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills and the ability to present complex value propositions and create compelling written documents
  • Very strong relationship management skills and the ability to manage clients and colleagues at all levels

OPERATIONS | VENDOR SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Kontrol is seeking a Vendor Support Specialist to manage day-to-day vendor enrollment efforts associated with specific clients utilizing Kontrol’s accounts payable technology and services.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Contact vendors and work to set them up to accept virtual (electronic) credit card payments
  • Correctly log activities and record necessary information into a vendor list customer management relationship platform
  • Manage vendor enrollment campaign status reports for Kontrol clients
  • Ensure Kontrol clients are continually updated on which of their vendors have enrolled to accept virtual card and which ones have not
  • Assist the Kontrol executive team with other tasks as necessary

Qualifications

  • 2 – 5 years of inside sales experience
  • Strong computer skills with Microsoft office; Word, Excel, Email and CRM experience
  • Demonstrated history of achieving call volume quota and engagement success
